Export Management Services

• Market Entry Programs

  We have developed relationships with a network of import partners for our wines, in addition to relevant trade, media and Government representatives.

• Market Development

  Education is our key to developing the market for premium and ultra premium wines, and we assist our import partners to build the brands they represent.

• Export Marketing

  Our marketing support includes targeting relevant trade fairs in export markets, and preparing up-to-date marketing collateral from wineries in a professional and presentable format for importers to use. Our Export Manager regularly visits the export markets to work with trade, media and consumers.

• Export Processing

  Our office in Melbourne maintains a constant, professional link between importers and wine suppliers. From here, orders and shipping paperwork are processed, and we ensure all orders are compliant with the importing country.

• Australian/New Zealand Wine Education / Familiarisation in Australia

  We strongly encourage our import partners (and/or their sales staff and clients) to visit Australia and New Zealand, and we will help them to gain experience and enhance their ability to ‘tell the story’ about our wines.
